Trade Account Registration

Access to the trade area (Trade Zone) of our site is restricted to customers holding a live trade account with us. Prior to using the Trade Zone you will be asked to register your details prior to being issued with a password login. When entering the Trade Zone for the first time please check the account information we hold for your company is accurate. Please contact us immediately if changes are required. Key account details such as billing address are not editable through the website so it is important that you notify us immediately should any of these details change. 

 

Following login for the first time it is your responsibility to ensure that account information is kept up to date and is accurate on an ongoing basis.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove your access to the Trade Zone area of the website for any or no reason, and without liability. Reasons for suspension include but are not limited to inactivity on the trade account, late or non-payment of invoices and breach of contract terms. 

 

Site Images

The majority of product images used on this website have been taken by professional photographers on our behalf. Occasionally, for products not manufactured by us but supplied by us, we may display the manufacturers image or an example image for selling purposes. Whilst every effort is made to ensure product images and descriptions are accurate and up to date, we will not be held responsible for any product changes or alterations made by manufacturers who supply us with goods. 

 

Wherever possible we take care to list ‘sample image’ which means that some products may differ slightly in design to the image displayed on the website.

 

Which country's laws apply to any disputes?

If you are a consumer, please note that these terms, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction except that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.

 

If you are a business, these terms, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
